The Big Handle Mugs – collections

The Big Handle is my signature collection of handcrafted mugs in ceramic which I have been creating for several years now. The basic style of the mugs remains the same and I change the design, patterns and palette every season.

Handcrafted ceramic mugs have a warmth in their form. They are natural to touch and the texture feels earthy against the lips.

 

Below are images of the styles I have created over the years.

The Twill collection inspired by textile weaves. Glazed on the inside with the natural earthiness of the clay on the outside.

 

The Sahyadri collection is inspired by the sedimentary rock pattern of the region where I live and work.

The Equilibrium collection emotes a visual feeling.

 

The Whimsical collection is a playful collection with organic chalk lines around the mug reminding us of games we made up and played in our childhood. The special ceramic chalk is completely handmade and studiomade.
