While glazing their pieces, students learn about :

* The different types of Glaze

Here, Divya checks the consistency of the glaze with her  fingers before applying it on the piece. This glaze here which  appears grey, will turn a bright cobalt blue post firing due to  the chemical reactions. So it all needs to be visualised as colours are visible only after firing! The fun part of  glazing.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ellie sprays the glaze using an  air compressor on her jug  (check out the attitude on that      jug!)
